Cigarette smoking is world’s biggest addiction even celebrities who were given millions of dollars to support anti smoking campaigns could not resist the temptation of a last puff.The worst thing is that everybody knows how bad it is to their health still they willingly smoke as a result every year millions of people world over loose their life.
Spending time with many smokers I have asked all of them ”Why Do You Smoke”? They do not have the answer as to why they do.
One thing every smoker more often than not thinks is to quit smoking.
But each time you try to stop smoking and fail, it becomes more difficult.
Physically you become prone to many diseases plus psychologically you feel like a failure.
To quit smoking you have to make up your mind that you are never going to touch a cigarette , now some people i have noticed what they do is they will smoke 10 cigarettes in a day while trying to quit smoking citing the reason that its their last one, its really humorous or ironical in the sense that they want to leave it but they fall heads down to the temptation.
Now what I am going to disclose to you will change your life forever if you follow the instructions step by step.
Step One
Determine your quit date, it could be right now, your birthday if its about to come, your marriage anniversary, first day of the month whatever way you wish.
Step Two
Start an exercise program or a new hobby, identify your vulnerable areas where you tend to smoke most probably avoid mingling with friends who are into smoking habits, seeing them smoke in front of you will make it very hard to resist the temptation of smoking and you might give in
Step Three
Reward Yourself
Now that you have not smoked for a month you really deserve a pat on the back and you must be feeling overwhelmed, you might not have thought about it but cigarettes don’t come for a penny so why not reward yourself with a gift equal to the money you would have spent on smoking.
Step Four
Now that you have got over the physical addiction of smoking your health must have improved ,you must be feeling like a whole new person,now the very important thing is to be on guard all the time , whenever you see someone smoking in front of you turn away.
Now you are a non-smoker but remember only’ one cigarette is enough to rekindle your desire so be careful .
